It's time for our annual charity shindig!

Here are some updates and reminders for our event,
Sunday (12pm-6pm), October 13th, 2019:

New DFW location:

All pre-orders have been closed, however event tickets will be available at the door for $15.00 until sold out. Late arrivals are fine, we’ll be in the lobby to check you in until Serenity starts. After that, we’ll have a check-in station inside the theater. There are no physical tickets, and no need to print your receipt. We have a Check-in Table in the lobby and all you need is the name on the reservation.

While we’re on the topic, unlike traditional Alamo Drafthouse screenings, there’s no assigned seating for CSTS events. However, we want you to be able to claim your seats and roam around, so you’ll receive a “Seat Saver” sign. Once you claim your seats, it would be helpful to the Alamo staff if you’d make contact with your server before you wander off to look at all the shiny things 😉

As always, we will have a limited amount of 2019 shirts and patches available at the event for $20.00 each.

As in the past, all pre-order items are WILL CALL only, and can be picked up at the Check-In Table on the day of the event. 

This is a live event, so please expect all the potential schedule fluidity. We can’t be sure how long certain activities will take to complete, so allow room for slight delays. Therefore, the movies may start a few minutes late, but they will not start early.
