Okay gang, that PayPal upgrade seems to be rolling out a few days early, and affecting us after all; no one has successfully been able to place an order since late last night. Our integration looks good from both the store end and the server side, so not sure what’s going on but we don’t have time to mess with it now, and I’m shutting down pre-sales on the site. We have a lot of work to do in the next couple of days, so I’m going to ask you all to be patient while I halt all merchandise pre-orders – we’ll have merch available Sunday.
However, I know a lot of people would rather have a guaranteed reservation before making the drive. If you’d like to reserve tickets only, please email us at email@example.com with your name and quantity needed (don’t forget to specify child tickets – 12 and under) and we’ll continue making manual reservations for payment at the door until 10:00 pm on Saturday. After that, tickets will be available at the door Sunday, and we’ll do our best to keep you updated via Twitter (@CSTSNTX) if we’re approaching sellout capacity.
