Calling all Big Damn Heroes!
Make your plans and buy your tickets for this Sunday’s (October 13) annual Can’t Stop the Serenity event in North Richland Hills, Texas!
Here are some updates and reminders for our event,

Event tickets, patches and shirts are now available for pre-order through 10pm on 10/11/2019, on the website http://northtexasbrowncoats.com/shop/ . Tickets will be available at the door until sold out. Late arrivals are fine, we’ll be in the lobby to check you in until Serenity starts. After that, we’ll have a check-in station inside the theater.
- There are no physical tickets, and no need to print your receipt. We have a Check-in Table in the lobby and all you need is the name on the reservation.
- While we’re on the topic, unlike traditional Alamo Drafthouse screenings, there’s no assigned seating for CSTS events. However, we want you to be able to claim your seats and roam around, so you’ll receive a “Seat Saver” sign. Once you claim your seats, it would be helpful to the Alamo staff if you’d make contact with your server before you wander off to look at all the shiny things
Our former printer has closed down, so this year there is a small window for pre-orders. To dull that pain, we are selling pre-order shirts for $17.00 each through 10pm, 10/11/2019! As always, we will have a limited amount of shirts available at the event for $20.00 each. (If you do not see your size on our website, you may be able to place a special order if pre-ordered by 10pm, October 1st, 2019. As in the past, all pre-order items are WILL CALL only, and can be picked up at the Check-In Table on the day of the event. (We don’t typically ship merchandise, but if you need us to ship your order you must email us your request and information northtexasbrowncoats@gmail.com.)
This is a live event, so please expect all the potential schedule fluidity. We can’t be sure how long certain activities will take to complete, so allow room for slight delays. Therefore, the movies may start a few minutes late, but they will not start early.
About that schedule… we’re planning a new thing or two. Afterall, this is North Texas Browncoats’ 10th year hosting a Can’t Stop The Serenity event, so we might be aiming to misbehave We’ll be announcing the shiny activities shortly, so stay tuned!
